A few things you should know about the items listed in this ad... These items are being offered for sale due to our family moving. We have listed every item here at our absolute rock bottom price. We believe fully that the pictures represent the items accurately and the prices are more than fair. All sales are CASH ONLY. All items are LOCAL PICKUP ONLY

That being said, we feel the need to make a few points for your convenience and ours. Due to the move process we have a very tight and limited availability schedule for phone calls and viewings. We also do work. We expect many of you to have questions about the items listed. We do accept emails & phone calls regarding the items and will try to respond immediately. However, please understand that due to our schedules we may not respond to emails and calls until after work hours (usually after 4pm). If you are interested in an item and have questions or would like to schedule a viewing, please feel free to email estate@kufalk.com or phone/text us at 262-993-5416. If we do not answer the phone please leave us a message with your name, phone number, and description (or number) of the item you are calling about. We WILL return your call or email as soon as we possibly can (even if it is only to tell you the item is sold).

We also fully respect your right to view any item you wish to purchase prior to spending your hard earned money. We would love to be available any day at any time but unfortunately we haven't yet discovered a way to stop time. Until we do, we've listed our available dates & times below to help you determine the best time for you without wasting your time or creating a scheduling nightmare for us.

One final point is that all items you see here are listed at the final dollar value we will accept for the items. If you wish to view an item to be comfortable with your purchase, we highly encourage you to schedule a day & time but we do request that when you arrive, if you plan to purchase the item, do not waste our time or yours dickering over price. We have priced these items well below their value and original price to avoid the need to hassle over a few dollars.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND The items you are looking at may very well have a HIGH INTEREST from others.
